Lead Business Analyst

Randstad is searching for a skilled and accomplished Lead Business Analyst who possesses a keen eye for detail and excels in their field. This role requires the ability to build and sustain strong relationships. About your new role

The Lead Business Analyst will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of business initiatives by translating complex organisational needs into actionable requirements and quantifying their overall impacts. The role involves performing comprehensive requirements gathering, planning, and documentation, as well as leading participatory workshops and meetings with key stakeholders to clarify objectives and co-create solutions. Additionally, the position requires managing strong relationships across a diverse network of internal and external partners, leading continuous improvement practices within a collaborative team, and executing other duties as required to optimise business outcomes.

What you will need to exceed

• Considerable business analyst experience working within a mid-tier organisation or a complex, rapidly changing environment.
• Proven experience evaluating project or program performance, embedding continuous improvement practices, and initiating changes to successfully develop a culture of high performance.
• Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills to formulate effective solutions and recommendations when addressing complex business problems.
• Demonstrated experience applying strategic business analysis techniques and proven methodologies to effectively influence how business problems are approached and solved, while ensuring strategic alignment and visualising maximum value
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships and liaise effectively across all levels with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.

Must have

• Considerable business analyst experience within a mid-tier organisation or a complex and changing environment.

Desirable

• Experience in working for government
